COVID 19-Operating Plan
Instructions for Packing Distribution Boxes

If you don’t have a box, you can use a bag & write Box 1 or Box 2 or NON-FOOD on IT

Each Box Set will contain 50 items which include:
· Box 1
· Box 2
· Non Food Bag

-Pack boxes according to the individual contents list. This is important so that we can remain uniform in our
distribution of items.

-Mark boxes as “1” and “2” and seal shut with packing tape.

BOX 1
· 12 Vegetables
· 4 Fruit
· 4 Canned Pasta
· 4 Macaroni and Cheese
· 2 Rice
· 2 Canned Chicken

BOX 2
· 6 Soup
· 2 Dry Pasta
· 2 Breakfast (choose between cereal, oatmeal, grits)
· 4 Tuna
· 1 Peanut Butter
· 1 Jelly
· 2 Spaghetti Sauce

Non-Food in Bag
· 1 Roll Paper Towels
· 3 Rolls of Toilet Paper
· Toothpaste
· Soap

 Once the boxes/bags have been made you can drop them off at Grace New Hope. If you have any questions email Sheeba@gfc.tv.
